Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives.
• Experience providing guidance, coaching, or support to team members in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining work instructions, procedures, or operational documentation.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to maintain records, analyze data, or generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Review loads to ensure availability, resources, accuracy, and documentation. Communicate with appropriate parties to resolve challenges.
• Manage daily administrative tasks such as collecting BOL paperwork for review and filing, inbound quality concern tracking, record inspection documents, and timely email communications.
• Communicate daily needs to OTL and team members.
• Work with supervisors and teams to improve efficiency and communication.
