Guardian Glass is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a dynamic team in Dewitt, IA. You will drive inventory accuracy, optimize warehouse operations, and implement policies that elevate efficiency and safety. This role requires strategic leadership to align warehousing with our business goals.

You will partner with Supply Chain to monitor KPIs and deliver measurable improvements in throughput and cost-effectiveness, while fostering a culture of safety and accountability across the team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain to track KPIs and drive strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and refine warehouse metrics to improve throughput and quality.
• Champion safety with accountability and proactive risk management.
