Job summary

Guardian Glass in DeWitt, IA, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help keep production moving. Training is provided, with starting pay of $21.00/hour, increasing to $21.50/hour at six months and $22.00/hour at one year. A daily pay option is available; rotating 12-hour day/night shifts are required.

The role requires physical work, forklift/crane experience preferred, and a strong safety mindset. You will cross-train in warehouse tasks and may support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; company provides training.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work up to 12 hours/day in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Willing to work a rotating 12-hour schedule with day/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely move product throughout the plant using ABV, forklift, or crane.
• Perform lifting, pushing, and walking tasks as required by the shift.
• Cross-train in warehouse functions and potentially other departments.
• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental policies.
