Job summary

New-Life-Transport-Parts-Center is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to handle LTL and some FTL and dedicated delivery orders. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and customers to ensure on-time shipments and accurate documentation.

The position operates on 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 5:00pm–1:30am, paying $21.00 per hour. Candidates should have forklift certification and warehouse experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent required.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Forklift certification required.
• Knowledge of shipping processes and logistics.
• Knowledge of shipping software, inventory management software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders for shipment, ensuring items are picked, packed, loaded, and shipped per company policy and customer requirements.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including shipping labels, packing slips, and invoicing.
• Ensure orders ship on time, monitoring delays and escalating issues as needed.
• Identify short picks and escalate as necessary.
• Identify product discrepancies and communicate with management.
• Perform advanced tasks within ERP tools and UPS/FedEx software systems.
