Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Production Lead on 2nd shift to guide a team of hourly workers on the production floor. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and quality while coordinating with departments to meet targets and maintain GMP standards.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus. The position offers shift differential and benefits in a food-processing environment.

Qualifications

• Familiar with GMP and HACCP programs; SQF, GMP, HACCP certs a plus.
• Ability to motivate a diverse workforce; coach and discipline as needed.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly members to hit targets safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, maintenance, warehouse and quality to sustain results.
• Provide training on company policies, rules, and job duties; monitor GMP adherence.
• Maintain sanitation, housekeeping and product quality; report variances.
• Follow daily work schedule and encourage energy/resource efficiency.
• May assume other duties as assigned.
