Job summary

Requirements include 1-3 years leading warehouse and logistics activities, strong leadership and communication skills, and forklift certification. Domestic and international shipping experience is a plus, with ISO9001/AS9100/Nadcap familiarity advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety practices.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or related business systems.
