Staffmark Group is hiring a Shipping Dock Associate in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on receiving shipments, preparing outbound orders, and keeping a clean, organized dock area to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, verifying shipments, maintaining shipping documentation, and ensuring safety and accuracy in inventory. Prior warehouse experience and forklift familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse experience in receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand dollies.
• Verify shipments by scanning barcodes and checking product counts.
• Inspect freight for damage and report discrepancies.
• Complete shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and packing slips.
• Stage and sort materials by route or destination.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock area.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
