Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily execution of clerical logistics functions with emphasis on planning, scheduling, and shipping.
• Create routing and shipping schedules for the operation and prepare bills of lading.
• Manage UPS/FEDEX shipments and communicate with carriers regarding freight claims.
• Oversee day-to-day workflow of shipping staff and ensure adherence to 5S and safety practices.
• Collaborate with Operations to meet daily goals and maintain the shipping schedule.
