Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Operator in Chesapeake, VA to manage inventory records, cycle counts, and shipping/receiving duties. You will handle data from orders, invoices, and packing lists in a warehouse setting.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with a pay range of $20–$22 per hour plus shift differential. On‑the‑job training, growth opportunities, benefits after 30 days, and a 401k are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand written and spoken English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions and reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments and shrinkage.
• Identify products, conduct cycle counts and assist inventories.
• Verify shipping orders against catalogs, manuals and product lists.
• Review files to dispose of excess or damaged items.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety standards.
