Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Operator to manage inventory records, assist with cycle counts, and support data entry for orders, shipments, and receipts in a dynamic warehouse environment.

You will work Monday through Friday 3:00PM to 11:30PM, with pay range $20-$22 per hour plus shift differential, and benefits including on-the-job training and opportunities for growth after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in official language
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in cold and hot storage environments
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Aggregate data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Locate product and verify correct product IDs; perform cycle counts.
• Review stock numbers and catalogs to verify shipping order accuracy.
• Identify unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
• Operate warehouse material handling equipment following safety standards.
