INTERACTION 24 LLC is seeking a temp-to-hire Shipping/Receiving/Inventory candidate in Bellefonte, PA. The role is on-site, day shift with pickups around 4:00–4:30. You will own inbound, outbound, counts, and the stockroom in a small shop environment.

Typical duties include receiving, packing, shipping, and ERP data entry. Must have real shipping/receiving experience, inventory ownership, and reliable attendance. US citizenship is required for export-control work.

Real shipping/receiving experience with packing slips, counts, and shipping software.
Inventory ownership responsibility.
Clean attendance; reliable daily presence.
On-site work at Bellefonte; able to cover afternoon pickup window.
Basic computer skills; willing to learn Rover ERP and shipping software.

Responsibilities

Receive: match packing slip to PO, log into ERP, move material, flag discrepancies.
Stockroom: manage bin locations, counts, shelf status for custom builds.
Pack and ship: verify counts, pack fragile parts, apply labels, arrange carrier pickup.
Enter real counts into shipping/invoice system to ensure accurate billing.
Schedule UPS and FedEx shipments (domestic and international).
Lift up to 40 lbs; forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
Hours aligned with pickups: 4:00-4:30; shifts 7:00-3:00, 6:30-2:30, or 8:00-4:30.
