Staffmark Group is hiring a Shipping Coordinator in Morgan City, LA. The role analyzes incoming used inventory for repair, coordinates material movement to and from repair facilities, and tracks inventory while supporting purchasing and warehouse activities.

You will monitor KPIs, maintain records, and work with multiple departments to ensure timely processing of components using ERP/MRP systems. Strong Excel skills and prior experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1-2 years in purchasing, inventory, warehouse, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming used inventory and components for repair processing.
• Coordinate the movement of materials and components to and from repair facilities.
• Track inventory and support purchasing and warehouse activities.
• Monitor and contribute to KPIs to improve operational efficiency and component performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of components.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems and reporting tools to support inventory management and workflow tracking.
• Provide excellent internal customer service while supporting daily operations.
