Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Shipping Associate in Ruston, LA. You will assist with receiving shipments, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining an organized warehouse to ensure efficient operations. The position offers multiple shifts and hourly pay between $17.00 and $25.00.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Prior experience with WMS or forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics is beneficial.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely following procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; warehouse training is beneficial.
