Job summary

Hamilton Company is a global leader in precision fluid handling and automated liquid handling systems. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, auditing, picking, packing and shipping of materials at our Reno, NV facility.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, forklift certification preferred, and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable with warehouse software and cross-training across tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Familiarity with shipping systems (UPS/FedEx/DHL).
• Ability to operate forklift/order picker and other equipment.
• Proficient with Windows OS, MS Office, and warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Pull, audit and organize products to fulfill production orders and customer orders.
• Put away products from production or purchase orders into stock.
• Transact orders and stock movements; maintain accuracy of inventory.
• Train and assist others on process-related material handling.
