Job summary

NFI is seeking a Quality Control Checker in Lancaster, TX to ensure accurate counting and verification of all products for inbound and outbound freight. You will confirm quantity, quality, labeling and addressing for outbound orders and report any shortages or damages.

You will also inspect orders prepared by Order Selectors and compare against customer orders to guarantee completeness and correctness. The role requires physical ability, 2 years of similar experience, and strong communication

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify quantity, quality, labeling and addressing of outbound orders.
• Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments.
• Check contents of orders as filled by Order Selectors.
• Compare order details with customer orders to ensure shipments are complete and correct.
