Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Quality Control Checker to verify quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of outbound orders and to report discrepancies. You will inspect orders assembled by Order Selectors and ensure shipments match customer specifications with accuracy and care.

The role requires strong analytical skills, good communication, and the ability to work independently including extended hours if needed. Lifting up to 50 lbs is required in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• MS Office experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and mathematical abilities
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs
• Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Ensure quantity, quality, labeling and addressing of outbound orders
• Report shortages, damages and mis-shipments
• Check contents of orders as filled by Order Selectors
• Compare orders with customer specifications for complete and correct shipments
