• Collaborate with safety department to identify risks for powered equipment operators and non-operators, ensuring employee protection and minimizing liability.
• Communicate inbound/outbound issues with relevant departments to adjust schedules.
• Maintain powered industrial equipment program.
• Support employee and labor relations to boost engagement.
• Develop training plans aligned with company goals and participate in management of product development or process improvement initiatives.
