Job summary

RSCC Wire & Cable LLC in East Granby, CT is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to assemble customer orders for shipment, verify documentation, and support inventory accuracy. This role coordinates with Sales, Quality Control, carriers, and operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include processing stock orders, verifying packaging specs, reviewing shipping documents, confirming contents and labeling, and communicating discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with inventory systems and shipping documents preferred.
• Strong numerical aptitude and ability to read and verify documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process stock orders by preparing cut paperwork and updating records for shipment.
• Verify shipments meet packaging specifications and requirements.
• Review and assemble shipping documentation (manifests, packing lists, air bills, bills of lading, quality reports).
• Confirm shipment contents, including footage, dimensions, labeling, reel sizes and wrapping.
• Communicate discrepancies promptly to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and daily transportation schedules.
• Support cycle counting and inventory control activities.
• Audit QA checklists and ensure compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Coordinate Quality Control documentation requests with QC Department.
• Process customer sample requests promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Quality, Shipping, IT, and Accounting to resolve issues.
• Ensure invoicing documentation is submitted daily and records maintained.
• Prepare identification materials to meet customer specs.
• Move stock between East Granby and other facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
