Job summary

AerSale is seeking a Warehouse Receiver/Shipping Clerk in Memphis, TN to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and outbound shipments for aviation parts. You will inspect incoming material, verify paperwork, maintain compliance with ESD procedures, and input data into our Pentagon system, supporting timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include packing for shipment, coordinating FedEx/UPS tracking, operating a forklift, processing returns (RMA), and issuing material certifications.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; aviation experience preferred.
• Experience receiving/shipping material; familiarity with aviation parts is a plus.
• FAA A&P license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect material and documentation per PO/contract, noting nonconformances.
• Ensure outgoing shipments are properly packaged and meet quality standards.
• Operate forklift to move material as needed.
• Comply with ESD requirements for shipping/receiving ESD material.
• Enter and verify data in the Pentagon database.
• Process RMA returns for non-conformances and notify inside sales.
• Process pick tickets and coordinate shipments via FedEx/UPS tracking.
• Arrange freight to/from Roswell and inbound freight from repair vendors.
• Issue AerSale material certifications as required.

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect and identify material and related documentation as prescribed by the purchase order/sales order or contract specifications highlighting any nonconformance or omission.
• Responsible for ensuring that outgoing shipments are adequately packaged, preserved and meet AerSale quality requirements.
• Operate forklift as required to retrieve material from storage racks that have either been sold or to store material that will be sold in the future.
• Comply with ESD (electro static discharge) requirements when either shipping or receiving ESD material.
• Enter, verify, and validate the accuracy of data input into the Pentagon database.
• Process material returned by customers (RMA) for non-conformances and notify inside sales personnel accordingly.
• Process pick tickets for pending sales orders noting any discrepancies identified.
• Process shipments online via FedEx and UPS tracking software.
• Arrange and coordinate company freight shipments to and from Roswell and incoming freight returned from repair vendors.
• Issue AerSale material certifications as required.

Reports to: Quality & Warehouse Operations Manager

Education and Experience:

• H.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate required.
• Must have experience in receiving and/or shipping material.
• Experience in the aviation parts business is preferred.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to bend, squat, sit, stand, walk, crawl, work in tight spaces and handle objects.
• The employee is occasionally required to push/pull, stack, reach above shoulder level or carry light-weight materials up to 50 lbs.
