Job summary

AerSale, Inc. in Roswell, NM is seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to perform maintenance on aviation assets in accordance with FAA standards.

You will ensure airworthiness, maintain thorough documentation, and keep the repair station organized and compliant with safety requirements. Candidates must hold an FAA A&P license, have at least 2 years of hands-on experience, and demonstrate strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must have an Airframe & Power Plant (A & P) License.
• Minimum of two or more (2+) years of recent A&P experience.
• Large commercial aircraft experience preferred; other aircraft considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform work per approved FAA data and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure all maintenance yields airworthy conditions and is properly recorded.
• Keep the repair station organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervision.
• Subject to pre-employment and periodic DOT drug/alcohol testing.
