Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic with an A&P license to support FAA-regulated maintenance for large commercial aircraft.

This position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement based on experience, and pays hourly with additional per-license pay. The role requires a current A&P license and 2+ years of hands-on experience, HS diploma or GED, and the ability to document work accurately while upholding airworthiness.

Qualifications

• Must have an Airframe & Power Plant (A&P) License.
• Minimum of two or more (2+) years of recent experience utilizing A&P license.
• Large commercial aircraft experience preferred but corporate, general, or military aircraft will be considered.
• H.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work assigned in accordance with approved FAA data.
• Ensure complete and proper documentation of work performed.
• Ensure that all maintenance performed is in an airworthy condition.
• Maintains the premises and the repair station in a clean and organized manner.
• Performs additional duties as requested by a supervisor or other management personnel.
• This is a safety-sensitive position and is subject to submit to pre-employment and periodic DOT regulations for drug and alcohol testing.

Job Description:

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement, based on experience.

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay Rate Range: $22.00 to $36.00
• Additional Hourly Pay Rate: $2.00 per license

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods of time, climb steps, ladders, and/or service stands.
• Normal or corrected vision and hearing are required.
• Subject to continual loud noise.

Other Requirements:

• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check, verification of credentials, and a urinary pre-employment drug test per DOT regulations.
