Job summary

AerSale, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Landing Gear Technician to inspect and evaluate aircraft landing gear components, read schematics, and follow CMM procedures to ensure safety and reliability.

The role requires 2+ years in mechanical maintenance, proficiency with calipers, bore gauges and micrometers, and a high school diploma (A&P preferred). You’ll record data, work across shifts, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of experience with calipers, bore gauges and micrometers.
• 1 year or more of data entry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A&P license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate landing gear components to locate any damage.
• Read and interpret technical data and blueprints.
• Follow instructions per the component maintenance manuals (CMM).
• Utilize specified tools and materials such as measuring equipment.
• Some grinding of parts.
• Use of a computer or other electronic device to record data and work performed.
• Maintain an organized workspace.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
