Brady Corporation is seeking a Shipping Clerk to perform daily order fulfillment, schedule carrier pickups, and ensure accuracy and quality of all shipments. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to procedures. You will coordinate freight, process shipping documents, and assist with loading/unloading.

Forklift certification is preferred, with training provided. Strong communication and data-entry skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain quality standards.
• Ability to work within a team and assist other team members as needed.
• Ability to follow standard operating instructions, guidelines, and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift and Scissor Lift Certifications preferred. Training and certification offered.
• Basic computer skills including email, Google Workspace, and data entry
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and push or pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for at least 8 hours and reach, bend, squat, and kneel as required to retrieve product.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Fulfilling orders by picking and packaging all requested items.
• Coordinating freight shipments by scheduling pick-ups and preparing goods to be shipped.
• Processing shipping documents including packing slips, commercial invoices, and Bill of Lading.
• Verifying and reviewing shipping instructions, regulations, and any other special instructions.
• Assisting with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
• Operating a forklift to safely move goods and materials.
• Maintaining inventory of shipping supplies by ordering supplies when needed.
• Review Production Schedule for system orders and schedule appropriately.
• Prepare and maintain international documentation as needed.
• Performing other duties as needed.
