Pure-Flavor is seeking a Document Technician (Shipping Clerk) to ensure accurate billing and traceability of product shipped from the distribution center. You will track orders, prepare paperwork, and coordinate with warehouse staff to allocate shipments to the correct carrier.

This role requires attention to detail, familiarity with FAMOUS ERP, data entry, and the ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment with varying shift hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a business discipline preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in record management in the produce industry preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety.
• Experience with ERP software FAMOUS® preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Numeric literacy and problem-solving skills required.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Data entry; record product input and output in FAMOUS®
• Monitor FAMOUS® continually for changes and new orders, print pick tickets
• Communicate to supervisors all order variances
• Ensure pick tickets and paperwork are attached to proper BOLs, including pick tickets and place in the correct order
• Distribute tallies and pick tickets; make copies of tallies and attach corresponding pick tickets
• Generate pick tickets, resolve discrepancies, and complete revisions
• Review customs documentation and communicate with customs brokers
• Communicate with sales, revising tallies, communicating PO's with drivers, reprinting pick tickets and BOLs when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information and other company data
• Ensure compliance for GMPs, SOPs, policies, and procedures
• Other core expectations as defined by the company.
