Job summary

Pure-Flavor is seeking a Document Technician (Shipping Clerk) to ensure accurate billing and traceability for every product shipped from the distribution center. You will monitor orders in FAMOUS®, print pick tickets, and coordinate with warehouse staff to allocate shipments to the designated carrier.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; business coursework preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in record management in the produce industry preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, Health & Safety, and Food Safety.
• Experience with FAMOUS ERP software preferred.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
• Strong numeric literacy and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and record product input/output in FAMOUS®.
• Print pick tickets and ensure proper BOL attachments.
• Communicate order variances to supervisors promptly.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for accurate shipments and carrier allocation.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with GMP, SOPs, and policies.
