Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further education preferred.
• Minimum two years inventory management experience.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Able to work in a team environment and adapt to leadership styles.
• Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Daily balance inventory against documentation, PO, receiving, shipping and production paperwork.
• Verify accuracy of receiving and shipping POs by quantity.
• Investigate discrepancies, damaged products, and rejections with authority.
• Perform root cause analysis on inventory variances and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Sales to minimize rejections.
• Create and publish weekly and monthly inventory metrics.
• Enter data and update inventory levels in FAMOUS.
• Other core expectations as defined by the company.
