Job summary

Pure Flavor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan and direct shipping, receiving and operations at the distribution center. You will lead the warehouse team, ensuring efficient operations, quality, and food-safety standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse/shipping/receiving, GMP knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems. Flexible shifts and travel may be needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education required; post-secondary in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving experience; GMP environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, health and safety, and food safety.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ERP software; Famous ERP experience preferred.
• Able to work in a team with varied leadership styles.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible to shift assignments as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Warehouse team with respect to performance management, scheduling and staff development.
• Assist in delivering the team's goals by defining quality methods for staff.
• Monitor policy compliance across shipping, receiving, inventory and quality.
• Ensure safe working environments and hygiene, housekeeping, and safety policy adherence.
• Adhere to SOPs and the shipping/receiving schedule.
• Maintain and review shipping/receiving, inventory and quality control records.
• Undertake other core duties as defined by the company.
