Foster Farms is hiring team members for hourly roles with pay starting at $19.00 per hour, plus shift premiums of $0.50 (4pm-midnight) and $1.00 (midnight-8am). A longevity premium after one year and attendance premium are offered.

Responsibilities

• Move packages from baskets to infeed belts for pre-pricing.
• Stack baskets and maintain clean work areas.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 80 pounds repeatedly.
• Work in cold conditions using provided freezer gear.
