O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Shipping/Loading Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a distribution center. You will manage the shipping team, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with operations leadership on payroll, budgeting, and productivity.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and at least a high school diploma with supervisory experience. Multilingual abilities and logistics training are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and match numerical and alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Basic computer skills.
• College degree or logistics certification (desired).
• 2+ years supervisory experience (desired).
• Advanced computer skills (desired).
• Completion of supervisor training program (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the shipping/loading department.
• Ensure the department complies with company policies and procedures daily.
• Collaborate with operations and DC managers on payroll, budgeting and productivity.
• Perform scheduled evaluations on team members.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to maintain productivity and morale.
• Work with managers to set annual goals and plans to achieve them.
• Assist HR and operations with recruiting, hiring and training practices.
• Contribute to annual capital expenditure planning and budgeting.
• Approve department expenditures and monitor safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
