Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising distribution or warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling.
• Experience with WMS or AS/400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily DC operations to meet productivity and safety goals.
• Lead, train, and coach team members; schedule and develop staff.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to hit delivery and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and managers to resolve issues.
• Uphold company policies and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead safety discussions and on-the-job training.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
