Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and provide customers with shipment status updates.
• Process customer billing and invoicing accurately.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, shipment discrepancies, and service-related issues.
• Coordinate with steamship lines, carriers, and customers regarding freight availability and release dates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipment activity.
• Utilize internal systems to research issues and facilitate problem resolution.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, transportation teams, and customers to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
