Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Hamilton, NJ seeks a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support shipping, receiving and inventory operations. You will prepare outbound shipments, receive materials, and maintain accurate warehouse locations.

Role requires RF scanners/WMS experience and forklift skills. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with pay of $20-$21 per hour. Join a fast-paced warehouse team in a growing distribution operation.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse shipping and receiving experience required.
• Experience with inventory systems, RF scanners, or WMS preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and freight processes.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process outbound shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers.
• Create shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
• Perform inventory put away and maintain accurate warehouse locations.
• Use RF scanners and WMS/ERP systems to track inventory movement.
• Wrap, palletize, and prepare freight for shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
