Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years in shipping, logistics, or related admin role.
• Experience preparing freight documentation (BOLs, packing slips, invoices).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with shipping software, logistics management systems, and ERP/inventory software.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure.
