Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos and short correspondence.
• OSHA forklift certification and PCC shipper certifications are required or obtainable.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Able to communicate effectively with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Packages product for shipment.
• Provides freight company with paperwork and/or computer documents to complete shipment.
• Performs stock transactions.
• Identifies and stores X-ray film.
• Receives product and releases into next operation.
• Troubleshoots shipping systems and verifies invoices from shippers.
• Ensures paperwork is correctly completed.
• Able to work in a production environment.
• Maintains safety and quality standards.
