Ōnin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support a newly onboarded client. You will manage outbound shipments to 18 retail locations, ensure 100% accurate labeling, and maintain records in Excel. This temp-to-hire role offers growth into a leadership position.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily shipments to 18 store locations.
Inspect, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
Ensure labeling is 100% accurate and compliant.
Measure pallets and verify shipment specs.
Schedule pickups with logistics providers.
Maintain shipment records in internal systems and Excel.
Troubleshoot shipping or labeling issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts.
