Job summary

Arvato in Wisconsin is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to oversee daily order processing through designated shipping systems, coordinate changes in shipping methods as instructed by Management, and schedule carrier pickups.

You will review issues with carriers, maintain ongoing communication on shipment status, monitor the shipping area to ensure packages are processed correctly, and guide the team to deliver high service and productivity, while supporting process improvements under the Quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of international shipping experience.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office with Excel proficiency.
• 3+ years working with SAP or a similar WMS.

• Coordinate changes in shipping methods as instructed by Management.
• Schedule pick-ups with various carrier/courier services.
• Review, investigate and/or resolve issues with carriers regarding shipments.
• Interaction with carriers/couriers regarding shipment status and continuous communication with Management.
• Monitor shipping area, stations and verify all packages are processed accordingly.
• Delegate and instruct shipping personnel while maintaining a high level of service and productivity.
• Participate and contribute in process improvements and adhere to the Quality Management System.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate changes in shipping methods as instructed by Management

• Review, investigate and/or resolve issues with carriers regarding shipments
• Interaction with carriers/couriers regarding shipment status’s and continuous communication with Management
• Monitor shipping area, stations and verify all packages are processed accordingly

• Participate and contribute in process improvements and adhere to the Quality Management System

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of International Shipping Experience.
• At least 2 years using Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced level experience in Excel required.
• At least 3 years working with SAP or a similar WMS
