Polaris Inc. in Battle Ground, WA is seeking a full-time Shipping Associate to ensure on-time shipments and accurate documentation. You'll operate forklifts, prepare orders, and coordinate with logistics and other departments to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and basic computer skills (AS400, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, UPSWorldship). The role offers competitive pay with strong benefits in a safety-focused warehouse.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic computer skills with common software.
Experience with shipping processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Pack a wide range of products using proper shipping materials for both domestic and international shipments.
Identify orders requiring priority shipping and use cost-effective methods.
Assist with picking, stacking, palletizing, labeling, loading, and kitting.
Communicate with other departments about shipping challenges and priority shipments.
Process orders using shipping software and generate required documents.
Follow forklift and pallet jack safety procedures.
Move pallets using forklift.
Coordinate with logistics on carrier changes and late pickups.
Assist with hazmat declarations andone-time shipping needs.
Assist with truck unloading and proper storage.
Monitor and document shipping errors.
Create and send Daily Shipping Summary Report.
Follow company protocols and safety procedures.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Send advance shipping notices using EDI, spreadsheets or email.
Schedule pickups with full truck and LTL shipments and provide details.
