Peoria Production Solutions Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk to manage shipping documents, verify information, and prepare UPS shipments.

The role requires strong data entry, familiarity with RF guns, and experience with EWM or SAP dock screens. You will maintain records and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

This position offers a 40-hour workweek and growth opportunities within the logistics team.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 1-year experience in shipping/receiving operations or data entry.
• Familiarization with shipping documentation preferred.
• Familiarization with the Electronic UPS System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prints sales orders and packing lists and types bill of ladings.
• Verifies that shipment information is correct.
• Prints labels for UPS shipments.
• Prepares and sends out UPS shipments.
• Maintains EWM or SAP dock screen for loaded/unloaded trailers.
• Inputs data into computer system.
• Ships orders according to customer specifications.
• Regularly monitors emails.
• Assigns invoice numbers to shipping documents.
