Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience.
• Basic knowledge of shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, LTL).
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and able to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and complete paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package manufactured products for shipment with proper labeling and docs.
• Generate shipping paperwork including BOLs, packing slips, and labels.
• Schedule pickups with freight carriers (LTL, FTL, small parcel).
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and order completeness.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Record shipment data in ERP or WMS.
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and customer service to meet timelines.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the shipping area.
