Job summary

Fedtech Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Shipping Clerk to prepare, package, and coordinate the shipment of finished goods. You will ensure accuracy, on-time delivery, and compliance with customer specifications and company standards.

Key duties include managing BOLs, packing slips, labels, and scheduling daily pickups with freight carriers while maintaining a safe, organized shipping area. Experience in logistics and ERP/WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package manufactured products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Generate and manage shipping paperwork, including bills of lading (BOL), packing slips, and shipping labels.
• Schedule and coordinate daily pickups with freight carriers (LTL, FTL, small parcel).
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and order completeness.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move products safely.
• Record shipment data in the ERP or warehouse management system (WMS).
• Communicate with production, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure shipping timelines are met.
• Maintain compliance with all safety procedures, company policies, and shipping regulations.
• Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
