Staffmark in Napoleon, OH is hiring a Shipping Clerk to support warehouse operations on the 11 am – 7 pm shift. You will assist the warehouse team, handle shipping and receiving documentation, and maintain accurate records while delivering courteous customer service by phone and email.

The role requires a High School diploma, forklift certification preferred, data entry skills, and experience with WMS or yard management systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experience with warehouse systems and data entry is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer service via phone and email.
• Serve as liaison between customers, warehouse personnel, suppliers, drivers, and transportation teams.
• Process shipping and receiving documentation with accurate records.
• Verify inventory counts and load documentation for accuracy.
• Update warehouse management and yard management systems.
• Operate forklift as needed and ensure safety compliance.
