Job summary

Keller Logistics Group is hiring a shipping clerk for our Napoleon, OH location. You will support the warehouse team by entering receipts and shipments, updating data in the WMS, and coordinating with drivers and customer advocates. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and communication. Hours are 3:00 p.m.

to 11:00 p.m., with weekend/holiday shifts as needed. Forklift duties may be required. Experience with Excel and data entry is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain Industrial Truck Certification through in house training if operating forklift.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested by supervisor.
• PPE as required by each facility – refer to handbook for specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enter and close receipts and shipments.
• Enter accurate data into metrics.
• Communicate with Customer Advocates and trucking companies about shipments.
• Update WMS and other applicable systems as needed.
• Direct forklift drivers on priorities.
