Staffmark Group is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for the West Chester, Ohio area. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and ensuring inventory accuracy in a busy warehouse.

You will coordinate with purchasing and production, maintain documentation, and uphold safety and organization standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with warehouse/shipping training advantageous. Forklift experience is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training beneficial.
• Must have basic computer skills and the ability to accurately process shipping documents, purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory records.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; lift and move materials safely.
• Experience with inventory management systems, forklift operation, and material-handling equipment is an asset.
• Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.

Mansioni

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming shipments against POs and packing slips.
• Prepare, package, label, and coordinate outbound shipments with accurate documents.
• Maintain inventory records, update system, organize storage areas, report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse staff for timely material movement.
• Keep shipping/receiving area clean and compliant with safety procedures.
