Qualifications

• 12 months of clerical experience.
• Able to send and receive emails.
• Type 35 wpm accurately.
• Data entry: 5000 kph (Alpha Numeric).
• Proficient in Word, Excel; PowerPoint a plus.
• Must pass proficiency testing.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; indoor/outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clerical duties in shipping.
• Accumulate data for reports across software systems.
• Process inquiries and incoming work requests.
• Distribute documents and correspondence.
• Maintain filing systems and records.
• Generate documentation and data entry.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Assist other personnel as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
