About the Position

We are looking for production associates to assemble and prepare printed components for shipment. This full-time, 2nd shift position includes:

• Monday PM - Friday AM, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM (10-hour shifts)

Ideal candidates will have experience in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and strong attention to detail. As a shipping clerk, you will interpret job ticket instructions and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in production.

Essential Functions

• Proper packaging of printed materials for distribution
• Reading and understanding job instructions
• Meeting or exceeding departmental and company goals
• Maintaining accurate counts
• Organizing work for machinery
• Training new employees
• Monitoring production and quality for process improvements
