Your role as a Grocery Clerk involves stocking shelves to make grocery shopping easy and enjoyable for guests. You'll keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organized, ensuring guests find what they need quickly. Your attention to detail and friendly service help create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued. Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Helpful Service: Offer excellent guest service, greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally and courteously.
• Stock & Display: Stock aisles, ensure products are fresh, properly rotated, and well-stocked.
• Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products, provide suggestions, and recommend alternatives when appropriate.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Clean & Organize: Keep the department clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns with professionalism.
• Meet Goals: Ensure shelves are stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and communicate absences timely.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• A helpful attitude and commitment to guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, including proper lifting and equipment safety.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, forklifts, and other tools (training provided).

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for long periods, work in coolers, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Visual and sensory abilities to monitor the store and operate equipment.

Work Schedule:

This part-time role may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
