Shipping Clerk - 1st Shift

Summary: Count and verify plastic cards, pack according to order instructions, and ensure information accuracy based on paperwork using the current ERP system. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of counts and transactions while adhering to security requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP systems.
2. Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders according to shipping guidelines.
3. Process shipments using FedEx/UPS systems or other trucking manifests as required.
4. Create or process various shipping documents as needed.
5. Operate pallet jacks safely and effectively.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and internal departments.
7. Maintain proper security protocols and report to management.
8. Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Experience with pallet jacks.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to job demands.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
