Join a fast-paced logistics team as a Shipping Clerk where you'll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring products get out the door accurately and efficiently. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working with both your hands and computer systems, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect & Verify: Match shipment contents with packing slips, manifests, and invoices.
• Document Prep: Create shipping documents including bills of lading and shipping labels.
• Package with Care: Pack, seal, label, and prepare materials for shipping according to standard procedures.
• Track & Report: Record shipment details—weights, freight charges, and discrepancies—for reporting and inventory accuracy.
• Problem Solve: Communicate with vendors or internal teams to resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Handle Product: Use hand trucks and other tools to move or stage materials.
• Select Shipping Methods: Identify the best carriers, routes, or rates for outgoing shipments.
• Assist as Needed: Support the team with additional tasks as required by management.

Skills We Value

• Experience in shipping, warehousing, or material handling.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and shipping platforms like FedEx, UPS, or Syteline.
• Familiarity with tools like hand trucks, tape guns, and label printers.
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents, work orders, and pull sheets.
• Attention to detail is a must.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Physical Demands:
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable being on your feet for 8+ hours per day.
• Occasional desk work/data entry as needed.
