Job summary

Cargill is actively seeking a Shipping Clerk at our Sidney, OH facility. The role involves checking in/out trucks, printing BOLs, and ensuring trailers are sealed and ready for movement. You will work closely with customer service to resolve BOL discrepancies and keep the yard organized and safe.

Qualified candidates will be comfortable with physical work, basic data entry, and overtime. Prior forklift or SAP/CMMS familiarity is a plus; a High School diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Basic computer data entry and data retrieval.
• Ability to work overtime including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out trucks and print Bill of Lading (BOL).
• Load and unload trucks and ensure doors are closed properly.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve discrepancies on BOLs.
• Monitor drop trailers and communicate status to site guards.
• Operate storage and retrieval systems when needed and follow safety rules.
