Job summary

Cargill in Iowa is seeking a Meal Loader to help keep our supply chain running smoothly. You will ensure trucks and railcars are loaded accurately, troubleshoot the loading process, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced industrial setting.

This full-time role offers rotating shifts and a pay range of $25.93 to $29.50 per hour, with on-site work and opportunities to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

• Written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot the loading process, identifying issues and making minor mechanical adjustments when needed.
• Enter work orders when maintenance or mechanic support is required.
• Independently load trucks and railcars, using computer systems to ensure the correct product type and quantity every time.
• Operate mobile powered equipment (such as rail mover, forklifts, or similar equipment).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support reliability and smooth operations.
